Another new face at Nittany Christian School is Jami Acker. She lives in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania and recently graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education.

She says "My inspiration to become a teacher came from my amazing mom. She homeschooled me and my three siblings (one older sister, one younger sister, and one younger brother). I cannot wait to share my passion about life and learning with my students. I love to play the piano and sing, but I also enjoy athletics. I was a gymnast and a softball player, and I have also taught swimming and have been a lifeguard. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and playing games with my family. I love Golden Retriever dogs and going to the beach! I am so excited to be joining the friendly staff at Nittany Christian School. I look forward to an exciting year full of growth and discovery with the Kindergarten students."
